When couples are organizing their wedding photography, they often ask questions that have been asked many times before. This section will answer some of those common questions, but if there is anything we have left out, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
How do we hire you?
We sign a contract and we ask for a £200 booking fee to secure your date.
Do you design and create Wedding Albums?
Yes, we design all the Albums ourselves, and they receive lots of attention and love as well as all our pictures. The printing is done by a professional Lab and they are available in different sizes and with various covers. Please see our ‘albums’ section of the website for a visual description.
Do you carry spare equipment?
Yes, we always carry back up cameras, lenses, batteries etc… to make sure your wedding day goes smoothly from our end.
What equipment do you use? Digital? Colour or black and white?
We use two professional Canon 5d digital cameras and have a beautiful selection and range of lenses that cater for all lighting conditions.
Do you shoot the dress, shoes, flowers etc?
Yes, we LOVE details and always capture all those carefully chosen accessories, details and quirky aspects of your day that you have spent so long organising!
Do you photograph posed group shots?
Yes, we do take photographs of groups. People usually like to gather for their pre-planned group shots with close family and friends during the reception, in a relaxed environment. We listen to your requirements and aim to spend no longer than 30 minutes on formal shots, allowing you to continue to enjoy your day.
What is your style of photography?
In short – FUN. The longer answer is that our photography is natural and documentary style. We follow the events of the day, photographing unobtrusively to capture real moments as they happen. We tend not to pose our shots unless you would like us to. The goal is to tell the story of your Wedding Day, capturing all the fun and emotions through beautiful images; that is our style.
